Aspen Mesa Estates Annual Homeowner Meeting:
May 22, 2023


Meeting called to order 6:09 pm

In attendance:
Lu Ann Craig, Mary Leslie, Mark Walker, Joe Nuzzarello, Sarah Bayer, Stephanie Williams, and Barbara Brett

Financial Report:
$274,638.20 in current asset checking/savings accounts.
No outstanding payables.

New Construction:  
No update on permit signs for home on Caballo


For Sale:
Home on Upper Cattle Creek in pending status.

Water Tank Update:
WBS quote approved to resurface tank interior and stabilize concrete. Target completion is end of August. BIG THANK YOU to the Goscha residence for allowing access through their property.


Paving:
High-level estimate obtained. Clarifying long-term costs..

Backflow Inspections:  
Annual timeline is typically April-June, and deadline was adjusted to July 1st this year due to weather/snow accumulation. Still, the completion rate is low as of this meeting. If you haven't had your inspection yet, please call Andy at 970-274-1402 to schedule. Backflow inspections protect the community water supply. If you are not inspected by August 1st, you will be fined $50 per month until compliant.

Documents: 
Continued review of document updates with attorney.

Road Signs::
Yet to be posted, ETA within 2 weeks.


Barking Dogs:  
Will send out Constant Contact reminder of the nuisance barking expectation: Please make every effort to curtail barking/animal noise and make arrangements to have animal noise addressed while you are away from home for any lengthy period.

Nuzzarello Project::
In evaluation.
