Aspen Mesa Estates Annual Homeowner Meeting:
August 14, 2023


Meeting called to order 6:08 pm

In attendance:
Susan Zimmer, Mark Walker, Barbara Brett Sarah Bayer and LuAnn Craig.

Financial Report:
We have $270,716.82 in the bank.
Accounts Payable: One big bill to pay is water tank repair $112,594.00

Accounts Receivables: We have quite a few homeowners past 90 days late paying their quarterly invoices. We are reinstating the late fee fines we waived as a courtesy during covid. You can reference all fees and fines on our association website.

TARS/BOCC Meeting:  
The site visit and County Commissioners' meeting has been postponed again. KeepMOHRural has a lot of legal fees that remain unpaid. Our association has donated $1,000.00. Susan Zimmer put forth a motion to donate $1,500.00 to further help with the legal defense. Sarah Bayer 2nd the motion with a contingency that we get from KMOHR a detailed list of how the donations have been spent thus far. Other board members voted in agreement.


Backflow:  
Please call Andy at Atlas Backflow 970-274-1402. We have 20 homeowners that are not compliant. Those homeowners will be sent the fine of $50.00 for August immediately. Every month you are not compliant you will be fined $50.00.

Carr Construction::
Still on hold.


Road Signs:  
Look for them on the streets shortly! Then please slow the duck down!!

Road Paving::
Nothing to report.


Water tank project:
This project is complete. This means we will have an additional 50,000 gallons of water, bringing our total to 150,000 gallons. This is very exciting!!!!! Thank you, MARK WALKER, for his amazing work and thank you to the Goscha's for allowing access to the tanks via their property.

We now turn this project over to EPC to coordinate with WBS to cross the finish line and fill the tanks.

Bloomer Residence on Pinon:
We have a new homeowner that is renting his house. The house has numerous vehicles including work trucks, garbage outside, loud music and lights on at night. We have attempted numerous personal communications with him. He is non-compliant. We have contacted our legal team.

Board Member:
We have an open board position if anyone is interested in joining. We meet every 4-6 weeks. Please contact one of us if you are interested.

Next meeting - October 2, 2023 at 6:00 pm at Sarah Bayers home.
