Aspen Mesa Estates Annual Homeowner Meeting:
January 30, 2024


Meeting called to order 6:05 pm

In attendance:
Barbara Brett, Mark Walker, Mary Leslie, Sarah Bayer, LuAnn Craig, Sophie Varga.

NEW BUSINESS

Financial Report:

We have $190,892.03 in the bank. (assets)
We have $31,340.65 in receivables due.


Annual Meeting Agenda:
Agenda was sent out in latest water/trash bill.

Pump House Progress:  
The necessary repairs to the pump house for well #1 will be completed this coming week.


OLD BUSINESS

Backflow April 1, 2024 start notification with a deadline of July 31, 2024:

Backflow checks are necessary to protect the water system. There will be 90 days to have your backflow checked. The fee for the backflow check has already been prepaid so please call 970-274-1402 after April 1 to set up an appointment. Any homeowners who do not have their backflow device checked on or before July 31, 2024 will be fined a nonrefundable $50 fee per month until it is checked.


HOA DOCS:
The new documents will be ready for approval by the homeowners in the near future.


ROAD PAVING INFORMATION:
There will be an opportunity for input for pros and cons of paving the roads. There will be a time limit of 3 minutes for homeowners who would like to address the issue.
Mark will contact the El Jebel Community Center about equipment for potential Zoom paving presentations.


OTHER:
Sophie Varga attended the meeting to inquire about paving information and the possibility of speaking at the annual meeting.

Meeting adjourned at 6:45 pm

Next meeting will be prior to the annual meeting on February 13.
